3- Chaldean Choir

The Chaldean Choir at Mother of God started back in the 80s, a majority of our current group has been serving the Chaldean mass since 2000. We serve every Sunday at 12 pm as we meet on Thursdays for practice from 8 pm-10 pm followed by the Divine Mercy Chaplet and the choir director is Silvana Koja Mezo. Besides singing in Chaldean we sing in Arabic and English occasionally. According to our Chaldean liturgy, we arrange our monthly hymns schedule. We Alternate the feasts and special holidays with our brothers and sisters that serve English and Arabic masses. Always grateful for God’s blessings that we serve voluntarily our church as one family with love and joy.
